Lead Pastor, Drew Hayes...

A native of Alabama, Pastor Drew has dedicated his life to serving God and his ministry. He and wife Susan have five children, Meagan, Maleah, Micah, and twins Morgan and Meredith. Pastor Drew started out with a background in journalism, working at his local paper at the age of 16, later as a sports writer at the University of A labama.

 He was pastor for 14 years at First Baptist Church in Shelbyville but resigned and took a year off, away from full-time vocational ministry. During that year, many people were praying that he would come back and start a new church.

On Sept.12th, 2004. those prayers were answered when The Peoples Church held their first service. That service was held at the Chamber of Commerce with 75 people attending. In August, 2006, The People's Church began  a second location in Tullahoma. During the last five years, there have been over 2,500 persons attending at least once between both locations.
